Laboratory Support Coordinator
Role Overview
Covering the Dorset & Hampshire area, you will provide frontline support of electro-mechanical hardware within medium to large sized biomedical test equipment. Your customers will include the NHS, Universities and private pathology laboratories.

Role Requirements
Reporting to the Regional Technical Manager, you will provide first-class customer service covering troubleshooting to component level.
You will undertake technical upgrades/maintenance and installations.
You will also be tasked with providing customer training.
Person Specifications
To be considered for this role, you will hold an engineering or electrical qualification.
You will have previous field service experience with high-value capital equipment and be able to build productive customer relationships in a complex environment.
You may be required to travel throughout the UK on occasion, therefore are required to hold a full and valid UK driving license.
You will have the ability to work effectively under pressure and be able to confidently represent the company at client sites.

Annual Bonus: 12% on target
