Role Requirements
-Lead global product launches and ensure compliance with partners.
-Project manage campaigns, define messaging, and coordinate with the marketing team for timely asset delivery.
-Define campaign messages and content to generate leads for growth.
-Identify effective routes to reach target audiences in collaboration with the marketing team.
-Drive post-launch tracking and marketing activities.
-Monitor market trends and conduct customer interviews to understand motivations and challenges.
-Conduct competitive analysis and track product performance in the market category.
-Forecast market impact and identify gaps, unmet customer needs, and potential requirements.
Person Specifications
-Preferably degree qualified in engineering, science, business, or marketing, or possess a strong enthusiasm for technology.
-Numerate, rational, and self-motivated, with a curiosity-driven and innovative mindset.
-Creative thinker with an imaginative approach to understanding and connecting with customers.
-Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to support recommendations and drive change.
-Demonstrated curiosity and enthusiasm for science and technology.
-Strong communication skills, capable of effectively communicating with diverse audiences.
-Enjoy managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, problem-solving, and working independently.
