National Sales Manager
Role Overview
You will lead and develop a small national sales team, driving revenue growth, market share, and performance across a specialist cardiac portfolio through coaching, data analysis, and strategic customer engagement.

Role Requirements
Work hands on with your team and wider support staff to ensure the company hits all agreed targets and objectives.
Implementation of defined strategies developed with the purpose of increasing market share and revenue generation.
Providing management to the team members allocated and be fully responsible for all related activities including achieving sales targets, HR, coaching, motivating the team, building positive culture, and supporting professional development.
Identifying, maintaining, and developing your own key account opportunities & relationships.
Supporting the team with day-to-day role ensuring they have access to the resources and training they require to achieve their objectives.
Person Specifications
Essential requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience in medical devices
Desired experience:
Experience in cardiac/ICU/cardiology sales management.
Package
£80k Basic Salary (Flex).
Uncapped Commission.
Car allowance.
30 days holiday (increases with years service).
5% pension contribution.
