New Business Account Manager
Role Overview
Being a National BDM, you will be responsible for selling a variety of lab products (consumables or equipment) to academic, pharma and biotech laboratories.

Role Requirements
Take ownership for the delivery of current and future Revenue Targets and develop the region for sustainable YoY growth.
Support the deployment of new product introduction and the design of value propositions and messaging across the commercial organisation.
Collect and prepare customer feedback on needs and value recognition to transfer to business excellence and product management teams.
Attend trade shows, seminars, exhibitions, and other promotional activities on behalf of the company across South of the UK and overseas.
Person Specifications
Degree Level Qualification (BSc) in a Life Sciences related field.
5+ years’ experience in new business sales, business/business development or other commercial roles involving customer interface
Preference would be additional 4-5 years’ experience selling consumables directly to Academia Pharma, Biotech/Biopharma, customers.
Package
Basic salary – Up to £75,000 dependent on experience
30% bonus – uncapped, ability to earn significantly above this
