Pre-Clinical Director of Business Development
Role Overview
You will lead business development for preclinical ADME/Tox services, identifying and converting new business opportunities across biotech, pharma, CROs, and academia. Success will be measured through revenue growth, pipeline development, and client engagement.

Role Requirements
Identify and engage new clients across biotech, pharma, and academia
Present and promote preclinical products and research services
Attend conferences and tradeshows to drive visibility and lead generation
Coordinate strategic meetings between scientific leadership and key accounts
Manage a robust opportunity pipeline and record all activities in CRMfor!
Person Specifications
Minimum 8 years’ experience in biotech or life science sales
Minimum 3 years’ experience in ADME-Tox sales
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Fluent in English
