Role Overview
Take ownership of key IVD product lines across molecular diagnostics and microbiology, shaping positioning, guiding launches, and ensuring products are effectively translated from technical capability into market value. You will connect insight, strategy, and execution across the product lifecycle.

Role Requirements
Own product management across multiple IVD ranges, leading launch planning and lifecycle management within molecular diagnostics and microbiology.
Act as the first point of contact for technical queries, providing troubleshooting support and ensuring the sales team is equipped with clear, accurate product knowledge.
Build and manage supplier relationships, delivering structured business reviews and tracking product performance against agreed objectives.
Represent the business at conferences and supplier meetings, maintaining visibility of market developments and strengthening external partnerships.
Gather and analyse customer feedback and Voice of Customer data to inform positioning, segmentation, and future product opportunities.
Work closely with marketing to develop targeted launch materials and campaigns aligned to product strategy.
Person Specifications
Strong background in molecular diagnostics or microbiology.
Experience in product management preferred; commercial sales or laboratory experience also considered.
