Regional Account Manager
Role Overview
This involves selling BA hearing systems into the secondary care within the NHS, to establish new accounts in the discipline of ENT and Audiology, to build strong loyal business relationships by working closely with surgeons, audiologists, nurses and other linked specialities and charities and to build the referral network into each BAHS account
Territory – London & South East (Kent, Sussex, Essex, Surrey)

Role Requirements
· Identify selling opportunities and sell the company’s products in line with the overall strategic plan
· Achieve the sales target for the territory by selling at pre-arranged appointments with targeted customers
· Be able to consultatively sell via face-to-face meetings and virtual meetings using the group’s AIMS sales process
· Assist in surgical cases in theatres
Person Specifications
Experience in medical field sales, ideally within audiology or ENT
Good understanding of NHS procedures, finance and protocols
Good direct and virtual sales skills
