Role Overview
You will be responsible for increasing sales revenue and achieving sales targets within a defined territory, according to company strategy.

Role Requirements
Meet sales targets in assigned territory in accordance with financial requirements against mandated goals and objectives, ie. to deliver sales and volume growth across assigned territory, to increase SOW with existing customers and identify and acquire new customers.
Develop, maintain and implement a yearly plan to deliver the revenue and activity targets set for the territory.
Grow your business by implementing own initiatives, in line with company strategy, in your territory.
Improve and maintain product knowledge including new products by attending training courses as required from the business to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
Person Specifications
Experience in audiology/opthalmology sales OR experience as an audiologist.
Self-motivated and target driven.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Detail orientated.
Package
Uncapped bonus scheme.
