Sales Representative
Role Overview
Your role is focused on managing and expanding a key territory across a diverse product portfolio, including consumables and capital equipment. The successful candidate will be given full ownership of the region with the freedom to manage their diary, build client relationships, and drive commercial results.

Role Requirements
Manage and grow sales across Scotland and the North East.
Build relationships with key stakeholders including clinicians, procurement teams, and healthcare decision-makers.
Develop a strong sales pipeline and convert opportunities into long-term business.
Monitor market trends and feedback insights to the wider business.
Person Specifications
Proven field sales experience (sector flexible).
Commercial awareness and a proactive, hunter mindset.
Highly self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
Comfortable with regular travel and overnight stays.
Ability to engage with senior-level clinical stakeholders.
Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals desired.
ABPI qualification (training can be provided if not already held).
Experience working with ophthalmic, orthopaedic, or capital products desired.
Package
Car allowance.
Uncapped quarterly bonus structure.
Private health insurance (commencing January 2026).
Fully funded ABPI qualification (if required).
Ongoing training and development.
