Role Overview
Our client are looking to expand their sales team with the addition of a Partnerships Manager. Within this role, you will act as a brand ambassador, successfully growing existing supporter relationships and expanding into new biopharmaceutical organizations.

They have open access and science-driven global initiatives, in order to provide unbiased disease education (IME/CME) through multichannel communications. Their purpose: to provide credible education in any therapy area where there is an unmet educational need.
The role can be performed fully remotely with ad-hoc visits for client meetings/ conferences/ company socials.
Role Requirements
· Position and present initiatives
· Develop potential new partners for the existing educational hubs and patient initiatives
· Maintain strong relationships with all existing industry partners
· Develop contacts for potential new educational hubs and patient initiatives in new therapy areas
· Maintain successful partnerships with professional societies and congresses
· Identify opportunities to cross-sell
· Work with the scientific and client service teams
· Participate in quarterly forecast review meetings
· Manage and meet quarterly / yearly sales targets
· Participate in weekly partnership meetings
Person Specifications
· 5+ years strategic experience working with life science companies in a sales focused role
· A track record of achieving high annual revenues, and of beating targets
· Excellent experience of presenting to and successfully interacting with senior management of prospect organizations
· Demonstrable drive and determination to succeed in a sales environment
· Ability to network and develop key relationships
· Passionate about building longstanding client relationships
· Strong negotiation skills
· Ability to find quick and clever ways to overcome difficulties
· Hematology and Oncology knowledge preferred

Fully remote or hybrid position
25 days’ holiday plus public bank holidays
o Three days bonus for the Christmas and New Year break when we normally close the office.
