Role Overview
You will service and support diagnostic laboratory instruments across Cambridge and Midlands area, providing repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal instrument uptime.

Role Requirements
Provide remote technical support to resolve customer issues
Attend customer sites to perform repairs and troubleshooting
Carry out preventative maintenance and system upgrades
Support installation, decommissioning, and system interfacing
Maintain parts stock and ensure accurate inventory tracking
Log all technical service actions and manage related admin tasks
Person Specifications
Bachelor’s degree or HNC/HND in engineering or related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a field service engineer in a medical lab environment
Full UK driving licence
