Role Overview
You will be mainly responsible for covering the South-East England traveling to customer sites 3-4 days a week (1-2 days working from home) supporting the HPLC and immunology product line with servicing, maintenance, repairs and technical support.

Role Requirements
Provide comprehensive maintenance and service for instrumentation and appropriate software.
Provide telephone assistance and field visits where and when required throughout the assigned region and when required throughout the UK.
Instrument installations for new accounts, upgrades, demonstrations, evaluations and basic operator training and de-installations.
Preventive maintenance visits and breakdown coverage.
Man the hotline on a rotational basis.
Person Specifications
Background in IVD or HPLC is desirable.
Life Science degree or equivalent preferably in biology, chemistry and / or Engineering degree or equivalent in experience.
Technical ability and experience in fault diagnosis.
Strong electro-mechanical background.
Ability to use the instruments and show how they are used.
Package
Bonus 8-15%.
