Role Overview
You will drive business growth, market share and sales performance for surgical and women’s health products across Valencia.

Role Requirements
Demonstrates desire to achieve, grow territory performance year on year and expand market share.
Delivers on sales performance metrics year on year and is actively engaged in setting same each year.
Develops and executes against strategic and tactical territory plans to assure achievement of target and year on year growth.
Is self-directed in working with their customers to meet and exceed business objectives.
Collaborates with other team members and other resources to achieve desired customer outcomes.
Person Specifications
Knowledge of health care / med device industry in Valencia (desirable)
Medical sales experience (desirable)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish (Castilian) and English
Analytical / data driven profile with experience with Excel, SalesForce CRM and Oracle ERP systems
