Role Overview

This is an exciting and varied customer-facing role that will involve pre- and post-sales application support such as customer support, product and application- focussed training, and instrument installations at customer sites globally, as well as participation at conferences, workshops and exhibitions, and using our products to generate content for their sales and marketing teams.

Role Requirements

· Applications support
· Product demos, installation and
· Participation/presentations at conferences and customer workshops globally
· Training distributor and sales teams
· Creation of content for sales support and marketing including webinars, technical and application notes and other documents
· Running experiments to build applications
· Working with partners to build applications and writing up their data

Person Specifications

· The ideal candidate will have relevant knowledge of lipid nanoparticles, their synthesis and applications.
· Experience within Drug delivery/ nanoparticles/ nanoscience
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Relationship and customer management skills
· Education to a minimum of a Master’s level in a relevant subject such as chemistry or biology
· Ability to troubleshoot technical and application issues
· Skilled in the use of Microsoft products
· Willingness to travel globally up to 50% of working time
