Telesales Executive
Role Overview
Our Telesales Executives are responsible for negotiating sales, costs, deliveries and specifications with Dental practice buyers and Executives. When customers make a purchase, they also liaise with our Operations Team to support shipping and tracking the progress of orders.

The business has grown and evolved and is now a group of 3 companies, all with the same vision to provide seamless access to specialist oral health products to improve daily comfort, quality of life, and general well-being, starting with the mouth.
Role Requirements
Acting as a point of contact between Dental customers and our business and affiliates.
Negotiating terms of sales agreements and closing sales with customers.
Gathering market and customer information to figure out the customer needs.
Responding to customer queries and resolving their objections to get them to make a purchase.
Providing customers with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and develop plans to secure additional business.
Person Specifications
Some experience in Account Management, sales, telesales/virtual.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Software.
