Tender and Contract Specialist
Role Overview
You will be supporting the full tender and contract lifecycle across the UK while building relationships with NHS procurement teams, Primary providers and the sales organisation.
This role supports all pre-tender, active-tender and post-award contract activity, working on around 12 tenders per year and maintaining ongoing contracts with Primary providers. You will research upcoming tenders, support site visits with the sales team, manage tender pricing and submissions, and oversee contract setup and performance once awarded.

Role Requirements
Monitor tender pipelines and platforms.
Support pre-tender activity, including procurement research, site visits and liaison with Sales, Procurement and Primary partners.
Oversee post contract reviews and documentation checks.
Manage the contracts mailbox and prepare reports or presentations as required.
Attend exhibitions, Primary meetings and company events when needed.
Person Specifications
Strong background in contract and tenders.
Experience working with contracts in IVD, life sciences or NHS procurement.
Commercial awareness and confidence working cross-functionally.
Motivated to develop within a commercial role, with long-term progression toward Commercial Manager.
