You’ll play a key role in expanding presence across the UK, developing strategic relationships, and accelerating adoption of the company’s innovative diagnostic solutions.

Role Requirements
Drive direct commercial engagement with NHS hospitals, private laboratories, and key decision makers.
Build and manage relationships with C-suite executives, procurement leads, and laboratory directors.
Develop and execute commercial strategies for product introduction, adoption, and revenue growth.
Partner closely with R&D and technical teams to translate complex scientific technology into customer value.
Contribute to product planning, pricing strategy, and go-to-market execution for new assays and system capabilities.
Person Specifications
Strong background in molecular diagnostics, microbiology, or point-of-care testing.
Demonstrable success in commercial or product management roles within diagnostics or life sciences.
Established relationships within the NHS, particularly at senior (C-suite and procurement) and laboratory levels.
