Territory Manager
Role Overview
You will sell gynaecology and women’s health surgical products into hospitals the North West & North Wales, primarily engaging with operating rooms and delivery suites. Your performance will be measured by sales revenue, account growth and successful product transitions.
The purpose of this role is to effectively and efficiently increase volume and market share through sales of the Medical device portfolio of products. It is essential that good customer relationships are built and maintained, and that the territory is well segmented, and well covered.

Role Requirements
oAchievement of sales targets relative to the portfolio
oDeliverance of non sales objectives
oPresenting products and services to both Clinical and Non-Clinical stakeholders
oThe ability to work within the NHS and Private Sector
oKnowledge and understanding of the NHS and its revenue streams along with its 3rd party supply chains
oEducation of customers on the features and benefits of each product, relative to their requirements
Person Specifications
Qualifications/Knowledge & Skills
oExperience selling into theatres
oKnowledge of gynaecology and women’s health would be desirable
oStrong core sales Skills – Prospecting, Opening Skills, Stakeholder engagement and Mapping, Qualification & Investigation, Preparation, Demonstration, Negotiation & Acquisition, Closing Skills, Objection handling, Presentation Skills.

Package
Basic salary – 55k
£950 pcm car allowance
Bonus: 40% of basic salary (accelerators in place – opportunity to double your OTE)
Pension – 8%
BUPA Health Insurance
Lunch allowance – up to £10
