Territory Sales Manager
Role Overview
This Territory Manager is responsible for achieving or exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction across the North UK by promoting the company’s products and services to existing and potential customers.

Role Requirements
Deliver profitable sales growth across the North UK by managing existing accounts and converting new business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to support long-term growth and provide a strong customer experience.
Prepare and manage sales forecasts, territory plans, and promotional activity.
Work collaboratively with internal teams including marketing to support product launches and meet objectives.
Attend customer events and trade shows as required to support brand visibility and customer engagement.
Utilise education events to develop customer knowledge, improve loyalty, and gain new business.
Person Specifications
Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience.
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the region.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
Confident working both independently and within a team environment.
