Candidate Story: Why I love to come to work

Through this approach, we successfully placed Charlie in his role with AD Instruments. Now having been in the role a year, we caught up with Charlie to find out how he is getting on, and see if anything has changed since the change.

“When I was looking for a new role, I was looking for an entry level role within life science sales in with London, Bristol or Oxford area and I really wanted an office based role rather than a territory sales one that involved you being on the move all the time. Having dealt with many recruitment firms over the years, I found Zenopa were by far the best company. My account manager, Emma Phipps was really professional and helpful. She gave me good and constructive feedback on my CV, answered all my email queries promptly and made the whole process was really efficient. Compared with other recruitment agencies, Zenopa had a more personal feel and Emma really took the time to listen to my career aspirations.

Since joining AD, my work life balance has improved very positively. It has allowed me to build up some savings and be able to enjoy the wonderful sites of Oxford. I love to travel, and I’ve been offered the opportunity to travel to New Zealand and Australia to visit the company’s head office as part of a three month secondment which is very exciting. “
