Placement Success – we caught up with Faye 1 year into her role.

After being made redundant and in urgent need of a new role, Faye contacted our Scientific team to help her with her job search. 

After a successful round of interviews, Faye started Scientific company Werfen. Having been in the role for just over year, we caught up with Faye to find out how she is getting on and what has changed since she joined the team… 

What benefits have you had since securing your role? 

“I have been able to use my previous experience to contribute effectively in my new role and to be successful. I have also gained a wide variety of new skills that will help with my career development in the future. The role has given me financial security for myself and my family.”

How did you find the recruitment process?

“The process was straightforward and quick, with no long winded and unnecessary processes.”

Has your work/life balance improved?

“To some extent, however due to the demands of the role the balance is not always easy to maintain with having a young family. But this is to be expected in a Sales orientated, customer facing role.”

How did you find the service provided to you by Zenopa?

Any other comments/feedback that you wish to give?

“Zenopa understand the market well so knew what I was looking for and the companies in the market I wanted to work in.( Clinical diagnostics).

I likes the fact that even though I was going for interviews, I was sent info on any new roles as they came along, to keep my options open and options to fall back on if I wasn’t successful.

Zenopa give a personal approach and I felt like they cared about the situation I was in, which was quite stressful at the time due to the redundancy situation and gave me lots of useful advice, which helped my confidence.”
