Applied Photophysics were looking to grow their European Service business by adding a Field Service Engineer to the team
based in Germany.
They were looking for someone with strong hands-on experience across analytical instrumentation with the right desire/ motivation to
move into a new field service role. They needed someone who was also willing to be flexible with travel across wider Europe with much of the training being based in the UK.
Applied Photophysics didn’t at the time have an engineer based in Germany, so to be able to hit the ground running with the role it was imperative to get the background, profile and culture fit right in this hiring process
