Account Manager
Role Overview
This is a field-based role focused on driving growth, protecting existing business and developing strategic partnerships across hospital and community settings. The role offers significant autonomy and responsibility, working closely with Dietitians, NHS stakeholders and Key Opinion Leaders to ensure optimal use of clinically trusted nutrition solutions. It is ideally suited to someone who enjoys strategic territory management, customer education and data-driven selling.

Role Requirements
Achieve and exceed sales and activity targets by managing your territory effectively, prioritising customer engagement and building strong long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
Deliver both face-to-face and remote promotional activity while identifying new commercial opportunities to drive growth.
Maintain accurate administration and call reporting, using data to analyse performance and translate insights into clear, actionable plans.
Work cross-functionally to support guideline inclusion, secure and retain contracts, and implement healthcare management programmes.
Participate in regional meetings, sales conferences and internal events as part of ongoing business and team activity.
Person Specifications
Proven experience in medical nutrition sales.
Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Confidence engaging with Key Opinion Leaders and senior NHS stakeholders.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Highly organised and commercially focused.
Ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
Experience with remote customer engagement (e.g., Microsoft Teams, e-detailing tools) is advantageous.
Life sciences degree is advantageous.
High level of flexibility and willingness to travel regularly across the territory.
