Are you a Healthcare Training Specialist who is seeking a new opportunity working for a leading Healthcare company based in the Berkshire area?

Are you looking for a flexible permanent position where my client is offering up to 50% home working with excellent benefits?

We are currently recruiting for a Training Manager to join a leading Healthcare client of ours who are based in Berkshire.

This headcount position will be concentrating on delivering Field Sales training to their salesforce. The position offers flexible working at approximately 50% work from home.

Ideally with previous sales experience you will have experience of creating and developing engaging platforms in delivering training across multiple channels. Being able to show excellent coaching skills you will able to take on a flexible role with travel across the UK.

That’s why they develop a variety of science-based products that nourish infants, children and adults- from oral nutritional supplements to tube feeds. They also offer a variety of resources for patients, caregivers and healthcare professionals, including a free nutrition helpline, as well as a service devoted to easing the transition from hospital to home and more.

Role Requirements

· Coordinate and run induction training for designated franchises. Produce and get approval as required for all supporting leaders guides and materials.
· Provide support in the form of other training, e.g. new campaign support, conference etc.
· Work with brand team in the identification of behavioral training outcomes that will support brand plan execution.
· Support personal development planning as well as shaping and delivering required training interventions to progress the personal development competency.

Person Specifications

What my client is looking for:

– Previous sales experience would be beneficial
– Established training ideally within the healthcare industry
– Creating and developing engaging platforms to deliver training across multiple channels
– Demonstrate good coaching and counselling skills
– Comfortable to commute 50% to the offices in Berkshire
