Role Requirements
Identify and develop sales opportunities with new and existing customers by effectively managing the sales process and continually building a strong sales pipeline.
Develop a clear understanding of customers’ often complex buying processes by building meaningful relationships at multiple levels within customer organisations.
Provide responsive, knowledgeable technical and commercial solutions to customer requirements, working closely with Product Specialist and Service teams.
Convert customer challenges and issues into sales opportunities within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Actively participate in sales, technical and CRM system training, sales meetings, and digital marketing campaigns.
Build strong internal working relationships across sales, commercial operations, service and digital marketing teams.
Person Specifications
Bachelor of Science degree or relevant laboratory or technical sales experience.
Self-motivated, focused and well organised.
Confident, credible and articulate with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to influence, negotiate and build long-term customer relationships.
Flexible and driven, with the ability to work effectively in a developing and complex environment.
Package
Base salary up to £35,000 (dependent on experience, with flexibility for the right candidate).
Bonus scheme (approximately 10%).
