You will manage and grow relationships with key global accounts, ensuring the successful delivery of water treatment solutions. Your role involves developing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating across regions to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Role Requirements

Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in clinical, life science, and healthcare markets.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans, focusing on lead generation, client engagement, and closing deals.
Cultivate long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying additional sales opportunities.
Gain deep product knowledge of water purification solutions to effectively communicate value and tailor solutions.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver customized market solutions.
Monitor industry trends, track competitor activity, and provide sales forecasts to senior management.

Person Specifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales leading position, Laboratory instrumentation, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in a global sales or account management role, with a focus on B2B sales in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or laboratory sectors.
Proven track record as a “hunter,” with demonstrated success in opening new accounts and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Hunter profile with strong deliverables mind set.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and travel globally as required.
Experience with Salesforce CRM software and Google Office Suite.
Comfortable in google work environment.
