Role Overview
This role is a national position that involves providing customers with workflow consultancy, clinical training and support on the latest Medical Informatics solutions. This role will ensure that all customers are well trained and are well trained and able to make full use of the products provided and applications related issues are fixed.

Our client are a leading imaging company looking for an Applications Specialist to join their MI Division specialising in PACS/RIS software
Role Requirements
– To Assess relevant training needs for customers, in consultation with hospital department heads
– Build trust and rapport with customers, regular “floor walking” on assigned customer sites ensuring customers are satisfied with the solutions
– Liaise with the team and Product & Release Manager acting as the voice of the customer to further improve their IT solutions
Person Specifications
– Experience in demonstrating RIS, PACS and 3D (optional) in a commercial sales environment
– Experience in training radiologists and other healthcare users in RIS, PACS and ED (optional)
– Experience in radiology workflow consultancy
