Role Overview

You will service, repair, and troubleshoot medical imaging contrast injectors across the East of England, working to strict regulatory, quality, and HSE standards while delivering high levels of customer support following full OEM training.

We have an exciting opportunity with a Medical Imaging OEM that are looking for an ambitious & driven Field Service Engineer seeking a new challenge with an interesting portfolio including: MRI’s, X-Rays, Ultrasounds and Cath Labs across the UK.

Role Requirements

Regional based travel – East of England.
Carry out the service and repair of Contrast Injectors for MRI’s, Ultrasounds and other medical imaging equipment.
Implement and work to all regulatory and quality requirements.
Implement and work to all applicable health, safety and environmental requirements stipulated by HSE manual, HSE policies and HSE objectives.
Full OEM training on portfolio to start when you join the company.
Attend problem machines or sites to undertake the assessment of ongoing problems and/or carrying out an investigation into the problems and/or carry out the necessary work to either repair or modify the equipment.

Person Specifications

Experience working with Medical Imaging Equipment (preferred).
Needs to be good with customer facing and puts the customers’ needs first.
Ideally someone with Level 3 Engineering qualification or above.
Need someone who is flexible and happy to put in the work and be ambitious, self-starter, driven.

10% discretionary bonus.
