Role Overview

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead capital equipment sales across the East Midlands, with full responsibility for territory performance within the point-of-care ultrasound market.

This is a field-based role combining account management and new business development across hospital and clinical environments. You will work closely with clinicians and procurement stakeholders, supporting the adoption of imaging solutions that enable timely and informed clinical decisions. Success in the role comes from building credible clinical relationships, managing complex sales cycles, and maintaining long-term account ownership.

Company Information

Our client operates as a global provider of point-of-care medical imaging solutions, specialising in portable ultrasound systems used across acute and community healthcare settings.

The organisation combines strong technical capability with a clear focus on clinical partnership and education. The culture is structured and performance-driven, with an emphasis on accountability, collaboration, and long-term customer relationships. Territory leaders are given autonomy to manage their regions, supported by clinical and technical teams to ensure healthcare professionals receive consistent, reliable support. The focus remains on delivering practical solutions that integrate into clinical workflows and support patient care.

Role Requirements

Drive regional sales performance across the East Midlands, delivering against defined revenue targets.
Manage and develop existing hospital accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities within the territory.
Deliver structured product presentations and clinical demonstrations to support evaluation and purchasing decisions.
Manage pricing discussions, quotations, and contract negotiations with both clinical and procurement stakeholders.
Support customers with training, product upgrades, and ongoing account development to ensure sustained utilisation.

Person Specifications

Experience in capital equipment sales, ideally within hospital or clinical environments.
Proven track record of delivering consistent commercial performance against targets.
Experience delivering clinical demonstrations or engaging with healthcare professionals in a technical setting.
Self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing a regional territory with a high degree of autonomy.

Package

On-target earnings £120,000+.
Car allowance £600 per month.
Phone, laptop, and iPad.
Private healthcare.
28 days annual leave excluding bank holidays.
Pension at 9 percent of basic salary.

If you are an experienced medical device sales professional looking to take ownership of a clinically focused territory and build long-term partnerships within healthcare environments, we encourage you to apply.

Unless stated otherwise, candidates applying for UK-based positions must already be authorised to work in the UK.
