Regional Sales Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially driven Regional Sales Manager to lead capital equipment sales across Scotland. This is an autonomous, field-based role where you will take full ownership of your territory, managing both established hospital accounts and new business opportunities within point-of-care ultrasound. You will collaborate closely with clinical and support teams to ensure healthcare professionals are equipped with reliable imaging solutions that support confident decision-making at the point of care.

Role Requirements
Drive sales growth across Scotland, achieving or exceeding regional revenue targets.
Manage and develop existing hospital accounts while identifying and converting new business opportunities.
Deliver structured product presentations and clinical demonstrations to support purchasing decisions.
Manage pricing discussions, quotations, and contract negotiations with clinical and procurement stakeholders.
Support customers with training, upgrades, and ongoing account development to ensure sustained utilisation.
Person Specifications
Experience in capital equipment sales; hospital or clinical sales experience preferred.
Consistent track record of delivering against commercial targets.
Experience delivering clinical demonstrations or stakeholder presentations.
Self-motivated, organised, and commercially focused, with the ability to manage a regional territory independently.
Package
Uncapped commission of approximately £50,000, paid from day one.
On-target earnings of approximately £100,000–£140,000.
Company van.
