They are seeking a Regional Sales manager to drive sales growth across a regional healthcare territory through the promotion and support of portable ultrasound systems used at the point of care.

Role Requirements
Achieve and exceed regional revenue targets
Develop and maintain strong relationships with NHS and private healthcare stakeholders
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across hospitals and clinics
Collaborate with Clinical Applications Specialists to support demos and installations
Use CRM software to report on activity and forecast pipeline
Attend national and international events to represent the business
Person Specifications
Minimum 2 years’ sales experience in medical devices, dental, veterinary, or diagnostics
Full sales cycle experience with proven success against targets
Full UK driving licence
Ability to travel extensively across the region
Physically able to lift and transport equipment (approx. 10kg)
Package
Base salary with commission structure worth approx. £60,000
Total OTE around £100,000
Guaranteed commission (£1,900/month) for first 4 months
Company car or car allowance (£600/month)
28 days holiday + bank holidays
Pension – 9% of basic salary
