Role Overview
As an Artworker, you will work on a variety of projects and be the quality control between Design and Production. You will be pivotal
in making sure the creative idea is executed to the highest standard. As a representative of the agency, you will also have excellent communication skills.
You will be part of our Creative team and work alongside Designers, Animators and Art Directors.

Role Requirements
Key Responsibilities
o Production of artwork for print
o Generating digital assets for development
o Working with master documents and translation tables to produce accurate translated final pieces
o Liaising with printers and other suppliers
o Managing the print and delivery of projects to client deadlines
o Ensuring that procedures are followed to allow compliant and smooth running of projects
o Making sure brand guidelines are followed across all brands
o Ensuring that internal documents and proposals follow our brand guidelines
o Taking concepts and making them a reality whilst retaining the integrity
of the idea
Person Specifications
Key Skills and Essential Attributes
o Minimum HND in design
o Superb ability in Adobe CC suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
o Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Adobe Acrobat skills
o Strong understanding of print techniques and production,
both traditional and digital, in both large and small format print
o Strong understanding of resolution for both screen and print
o Strong image re-touching skills
o Excellent eye for detail
o Numerical, with an excellent grasp of organising and obtaining quotes
o Good problem solver
o Good typographic skills
o Excellent layout skills
o Ability to work under pressure and to short deadlines whilst keeping a cool head
o Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
o Effective teamwork skills
o Excellent organisational and time management skills
o Passionate about learning, developing and improving skills
