Role Overview

You will play a pivotal role in driving growth across key international accounts. You will be responsible for achieving sales and margin targets, developing long-term strategic partnerships, and promoting a diverse portfolio of branded and own-label products.

Role Requirements

Deliver sales and profit targets aligned to company strategy across new and existing products.
Build and execute a territory business plan, including account segmentation and targeted growth strategies.
Develop effective journey plans to engage veterinary practices, trade outlets, and buying groups, aligned with the National Sales Manager.
Drive account performance through consultative selling, strong relationship management, and effective issue resolution.
Manage promotions, campaigns, and performance-based rebate schemes, evaluating ROI and sharing insights with the wider business.
Maintain accurate CRM records, using data to plan, monitor performance, and provide timely reporting and market intelligence.
Train customers on product use, deliver CPD, and organise lunch-and-learn or regional training events.
Present territory performance internally and represent the business at conferences, exhibitions, and events.

Person Specifications

Minimum of 2 years sales experience in veterinary, animal health (Field Sales).
Full clean drivers licence.
Candidates are required to reside in the territory of Midlands, and Wales.
Eligible to work in the UK.
Valid passport for travel to Headquarters (Ireland).
Field Sales with expectation to be customer facing 5 days a week.

Package

Lunch allowance 5-pound sterling a day (if out on the road over 5 hours a day).
Annual Bonus of 25% of salary based on achievement of sales targets.

25 days annual leave.
