Territory Manager
Role Overview
You’ll be responsible for driving sales and business growth across your assigned veterinary territory of Kent & Essex, delivering on both qualitative and quantitative objectives. You will build and maintain strong relationships with veterinary practices, key decision-makers, and opinion leaders, while supporting product launches, customer training, and regional events.

Role Requirements
Achieve territory sales objectives and drive turnover targets by promoting and selling products and services.
Identify and develop new commercial opportunities within your territory.
Build strong relationships with all roles in veterinary practices, including decision-makers, key influencers, referral specialists, and universities.
Develop and execute territory plans aligned with company strategy, product objectives, and customer priorities.
Maintain accurate reporting and administration, including CRM updates, expenses, and market intelligence.
Participate in congresses, seminars, and regional events, providing solutions-focused support to customers.
Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance and company policies.
Person Specifications
Proven experience in veterinary or animal health sales.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
Commercially minded, with the ability to identify opportunities and execute activation plans.
Excellent planning, organisational, and analytical capabilities.
Solution-focused approach with the ability to run events and CPD sessions.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within your territory.
