Working closely with commercial and cross-functional teams, you will help shape campaign strategy, optimise customer communications, and generate insights that drive measurable results.

Role Requirements
Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp and/or Klaviyo, driving customer engagement and lead generation across veterinary audiences.
Plan, launch, and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, ensuring alignment with broader marketing objectives.
Manage and enhance the company WordPress website, focusing on SEO performance, user experience, content effectiveness, and conversion optimisation.
Create engaging marketing content and campaign assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, supporting product promotions, customer communications, and brand initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance, analyse marketing data, and provide actionable insights to support continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
Support wider marketing activities including product launches, brand campaigns, and cross-functional projects while maintaining consistent messaging across all digital channels.
Person Specifications
Minimum 2 years’ marketing experience within a commercial environment.
Strong experience delivering email marketing campaigns and executing digital marketing activities.
Confident copywriting and content creation skills with strong attention to detail.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and generate meaningful insights.
Experience using platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, WordPress, and Salesforce would be advantageous.
Familiarity with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
Proactive, organised, and comfortable managing priorities independently within a remote working environment.
Experience within animal health, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sectors is preferred.
Package
Base salary: £36,500
Annual bonus: 10%
