Role Overview
You will manage and grow pharmacy accounts by delivering tailored solutions, supporting margin improvement, and maintaining a proactive pipeline through strategic planning and collaboration.

Role Requirements
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships based on trust.
Deliver effective sales and account management through internal and external collaboration.
Understand customer needs to proactively provide tailored solutions.
Manage a live pipeline of prospects and report progress regularly.
Support customers in improving business outcomes and maximizing purchasing margins.
Plan workload and sales strategies in alignment with wider business goals while executing all admin and CRM tasks efficiently.
Person Specifications
Good knowledge of the commercial and supply chain drivers of the pharmaceutical market.
Significant sales skills with a proven track record of delivering results.
Evidence of ability to win new business.
Proactive & driven mindset, with demonstrable ability to exceed goals.
