Role Overview

You will lead the company’s new RWD Business unit, selling the precision medicine portfolio to Pharmaceutical and Laboratory customers across the USA and EMEA. Your performance will be measured on your ability to achieve revenue goals across target segments.

Role Requirements

Be accountable for commercial success, achieving the business unit’s revenue goals across all customer target segments (the marketplace, channel partners, clinical development and the financial industry).
Leverage your knowledge and network to develop strategic partnerships for partner prioritization, contract negotiation, and alliance management.
Develop a strategic plan for the RWD business unit and translate this into annual tactical plans with targets.
Manage the team of data analysts, who will be responsible for the delivery of all RWD business unit projects.
Develop and monitor a scalable pricing framework that works across different market segments.
Collaborate with the team to define, test, and refine product positioning.

Person Specifications

Bachelor’s in business administration, life sciences, or math related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in a data or analytics company, with five years of leadership experience accountable for revenue.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth, customer success, and strategic and tactical planning.
Knowledge- data ecosystems, Healthcare data sales, data analytics.
