Clinical Success Manager
Role Overview
As a Clinical Success Manager, you will use your clinical expertise to drive the adoption and utilisation of our client’s innovative VR rehabilitation platform. Working closely with the commercial team, you will deliver product demonstrations, installations, troubleshooting, training, and ongoing account management.
You will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, supporting them to deliver exceptional patient care while optimising platform usage. By gathering feedback and increasing rehab hours through hands-on and virtual support, you will play a key role in achieving measurable impact and company goals.

Their innovative solutions support healthcare professionals in assessing and treating upper-limb impairments, using real-time tracking to ensure exercises are performed correctly and adjusted as needed. Role Requirements
Drive Growth and Utilisation:
· Educate existing and potential customers on the benefits and clinical use of our client’s solutions through presentations and demonstrations.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinics and healthcare professionals, serving as the primary contact for clinical support, installations, troubleshooting, and follow-up training.
· Deliver comprehensive training and onboarding sessions to ensure clinicians are proficient in using the solutions.
· Analyse usage data to identify opportunities to enhance adoption and optimise utilisation.
· Represent our client at local, regional, and national events, conferences, and trade shows.
· Record all customer interactions and activities in the company’s CRM system.
Performance Targets:
· Set and meet quarterly objectives and key results (OKRs) for usage and retention, defined in collaboration with the COO.
· Achieve positive feedback from clinics regarding training, support, and satisfaction.
Planning & Administrative:
· Accurately record expenses in line with company policies.
· Ensure credentialing and compliance for servicing clinics.
· Collaborate with customer support and technical teams to maintain account accuracy.
· Adhere to our client’s Quality Management System (QMS) and applicable healthcare regulations.
Person Specifications
· 2+ years of clinical experience in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or a related field.
· Strong clinical, technical, and organizational skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Experience with healthcare technology and digital therapeutics.
· Proactive, problem-solving mindset in dynamic environments.
· Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
· Willingness to travel within the UK (up to 50-75% of the time).
