Role Overview
To deliver budgeted sales and profit growth, whilst developing the operational and strategic partnerships with Tesco, within a sustainable, mutually profitable business model.

Role Requirements
Deliver quarterly and annual sales and profit targets through a Joint Business Plan aligned with Tesco’s commercial strategy.
Identify and resolve business challenges via P&L modelling and stakeholder engagement.
Collaborate cross-functionally to build shopper-focused marketing and retail media plans.
Drive strategic alignment with Tesco by understanding shopper behaviours and long-term goals.
Lead quarterly reviews and 3-year strategy planning, ensuring effective forecasting and 5P planning.
Own strategic development projects that contribute to wider business growth and performance.
Person Specifications
Capable of building strong business relationships while developing and executing creative, sustainable, and mutually profitable solutions.
Strategic thinking.
Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
Commitment to delivering timely business result.
