Sales Support Specialist
Role Overview
You will support sales operations by generating quotes, coordinating with internal and external teams, and maintaining Salesforce CRM data. Your role includes assisting Regional Sales Managers, tracking orders, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring accurate tender and contract management.

Role Requirements
Generate quotes for small orders using the Salesforce CPQ tool.
Support Regional Sales Managers by coordinating with third parties and internal teams to ensure timely quote completion.
Maintain and update Salesforce CRM with supplier details, contract end dates, and sales data.
Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to track orders and assist with roadshows and demos.
Respond to customer inquiries, support strong relationships, and stay informed on product knowledge and industry trends.
Assist with Healthcare IT tender coordination and ensure maintenance components of deals are accurately recorded in Salesforce.
Person Specifications
Experience in Sales Administration.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring error-free documentation and data entry.
Ability to work independently and under pressure, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and meeting deadlines.
A customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering excellent service.
Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and build rapport with customers.
