Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join a well established analytical equipment servicing company based in The Woodlands, TX . The company focus on preventative maintenance across multiple instruments, with a major focus on Agilent mass spectrometry equipment.

The company are an established Value-Added Distributor addressing the analytical instrumentation industry. We offer rentals, leasing and financing programs for new and refurbished instruments. We are a proud channel partner for Agilent Technologies, Bruker, Frontier Lab, Markes and other distinguished vendors.

Role Requirements

– Traveling to client sites to install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment (25-30% nationwide travel)
– Conducting regular maintenance and inspections of machinery
– Providing training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance procedures
– Documenting service activities, including repairs and parts used
– Refurbishing equipment on site and providing technical support to customers

Person Specifications

Experience in servicing analytical equipment is desirable.

Ideal experience includes exposure to LC-MS equipment within an analytical science environment, with some hands on experience in troubleshooting and repairing the equipment.

We welcome applications from lab technicians or scientists with knowledge of LC-MS equipment and some experience with the maintenance and the repair of the equipment.
