Role Overview

You will install, service, and maintain water treatment systems at laboratory and industrial sites across the Manchester area. Your performance will be measured by service efficiency, customer satisfaction, and technical delivery.

They provide innovative pharmaceutical water treatment systems for laboratories and industrial environments, with a focus on high-quality standards and operational efficiency.

Role Requirements

Install, repair, and maintain Reverse Osmosis and water filtration systems
Carry out on-site corrective and preventive maintenance
Deliver high-quality commissioning work and technical support
Work closely with a team of 20+ engineers for collaboration and support
Complete technical documentation including risk assessments and service reports

Person Specifications

NVQ or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering (or working towards)
Previous field service or technical support experience
Ideally has water treatment industry experience (not essential)
Full UK Driving Licence
Strong attention to detail and a passion for high-quality customer service

Package

5% commission on spare parts sold
Paid door-to-door overtime (1.5x weekdays/Saturdays, 2x Sundays)
