Role Overview
Responsible for providing technical support and preventative maintenance for IVD systems across the South East, ensuring high service standards and customer satisfaction.

Role Requirements
Provide support on a range of IVD systems
Diagnose, repair, and test faulty instruments promptly
Carry out installations and perform IQ/OQ procedures as required
Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance for customer equipment
Work collaboratively with technical and product teams
Maintain local spare part inventory and accurate service records
Person Specifications
Strong technical competence in engineering or scientific disciplines
Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve analytically
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong IT, planning, and organisational skills
Flexibility to travel, including occasional international trips
Package
£45,000 £50,000 basic salary
10% bonus based on company and personal objectives
Company car (choice of electric or plug-in hybrid)
12% employer pension contribution (6% employee)
