Role Overview
Our client is looking for a Field Service Technician based out of Houston, Texas that can maintain assigned medical equipment and support systems in hospital and ASC environments, provide great customer service, and is willing to travel.

Role Requirements
Commission, validate, and maintain Decontamination equipment to laboratories, research centres, and hospitals.
Quickly respond to support requests. Diagnoses resolve and close medical equipment issues according to service level guidelines.
Provide great customer service by interviewing customers to determine the nature and scope of the issue and the appropriate response.
Performs routine safety checks, calibrations, and preventative maintenance on medical equipment and support systems.
Demonstrates understanding of customer service policies and procedures continuously develops depth and breadth of technical competencies.
Required to have excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
