Bilingual Graduate Recruitement Consultant

As Zenopa expand into Europe we are seeking commerical candidates who are fluent in French or German to support our growth. An exciting opportunity to be part of a leading recruitment organisation. Specialist to the Scientific industry, you will be recruiting Sales & Marketing personnel from graduate/ entry level through to senior management.

The role:
You will manage your own accounts and client base, and work towards your own targets. The role is very team focused, and you will be expected to help your colleagues out when necessary.
– Interviewing candidates face to face and over the telephone
– Attending exhibitions and industry events
– Regularly attending client meetings and business pitches
– Telephone contact to maintain/establish contact, network, gain market information and vacancies.
– Support functions Candidate Consulting
– Assisting colleagues as necessary in candidate communication to achieve business objectives

Zenopa is a Recruitment agency in the Scientific and Healthcare sector, predominantly in the commercial space working roles in Sales, Marketing and Communications.

Graduate with a 2:1 or above in a Business or Science related Degree
Well spoken in either French or German.

Candidates must live within 40 minutes travelling time of the office in Penn, Buckinghamshire

Basic Salary: £25,000
Option to do a Sponsored MBA at Cranfield University
