Role Overview

The Head of Hospitals will be repsonisble for creating a strategic plan and delivering growth within my client’s Hospital Business Unit as well as ascertaining insights and knowledge within the NHS.

Role Requirements

The role will include:

Overseeing hospital tender applications
Drive ‘off-contract’ pricing strategies
Explore new specialty products in the market
Design and implement Market and Patient Access strategies
Build and maintain key relationships within the NHS
Guiding business activities and team action with compliance

Person Specifications

Experience running full P&Ls
Excellent understanding of the NHS network
Driving good realtionships with KOLs
Track record of leading / building high performing teams
