Role Overview
We are recruiting for two Commercial positions, each with a different focus:
Inside Sales Administrator
Supporting the sales function, you’ll be responsible for responding to customer enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating product samples, maintaining CRM records and assisting with sales reporting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction and helping drive commercial activity.
Customer Success Administrator
Focusing on customer support and commercial operations, you’ll coordinate customer requests, manage logistics and shipments, maintain commercial systems, support onboarding and compliance activities, and help ensure customers and internal teams receive a seamless service.
Both positions work closely with the wider commercial team and require strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload.

Our client is an innovative and growing organisation within the life sciences sector, supplying specialist products to customers across research, diagnostics and biotechnology markets worldwide. With a strong focus on quality, innovation and customer experience, they are looking to expand their commercial team with two new hires who will play an important role in supporting both customers and internal teams.
Role Requirements
Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:
-Responding to customer enquiries and providing timely support.
-Preparing quotations and coordinating product sample requests.
-Maintaining accurate customer information within CRM systems.
-Producing reports and monitoring commercial performance data.
-Supporting customer success activities and managing ongoing requests.
-Coordinating shipments, courier bookings and event logistics.
-Maintaining customer and partner information across internal platforms.
-Updating pricing and commercial documentation.
-Supporting onboarding, training and wider team administration.
-Assisting with compliance activities and internal processes.
-Working closely with colleagues to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Person Specifications
We are seeking people with PCR experience – whether this is from the lab, a graduate or sales (this is ideal)
