International Marketing Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive International Marketing Manager to join the dynamic marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Brand & Marketing, you will take ownership of marketing strategies for international distributor markets, ensuring alignment with the overarching marketing strategy.

Role Requirements
– Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies for key international distributor markets.
– Support smaller distributors with starter marketing strategies to establish market presence.
– Communicate and enforce brand guidelines across all distributor networks.
– Manage marketing communications to the distributor network and internal teams.
– Collaborate with the international sales team to understand market needs and expectations.
Person Specifications
– Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing role.
– Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
– Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
– International marketing experience preferred; healthcare/medical device experience is a plus.
