Territory: Saffron Walden – office based with occasional travel
No previous sales experience required – full training provided.

We are looking for an enthusiastic chemistry graduate who wants to get into scientific sales, to help support our existing sales team in the UK and internationally.
This is a new role within our business that will provide the candidate with exposure to all the activities carried out by both our UK and International Sales Team, including Marketing, with multiple options for career development in the future.
The job will involve developing sales leads into orders, presenting equipment online and face to face at exhibitions and customer sites.
The role will involve UK and International travel.
Role Requirements
Responsibilities including:
· To support in the generation and development of leads using our Salesforce CRM platform by phone, email, video call or in-person.
· Responding to incoming customer sales enquiries.
· Presenting products by video online and in-person.
· Equipment installation and customer training.
· Maintenance of accurate records, visit reports, prospect lists and data via our Salesforce CRM platform.
· Preparation of sales/support/training material (presentations, webinars etc).
· Delivery of training/sales/technical/customer presentations, talks, webinars, demonstrations (online or on-site) etc.
· Reporting and maintaining sales and reporting KPI’s.
· Based in Saffron Walden office, but travel to customers within the UK and Internationally when required.
