Role Overview
You’ll play a vital role in managing and expanding partnerships with key corporate and group clients-helping practices thrive while ensuring smooth, consultative account management.

Role Requirements
Own and grow a portfolio of key veterinary accounts (corporate groups/buying groups).
Analyse sales data and identify untapped revenue opportunities.
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with practices and stakeholders.
Handle escalated concerns with professionalism and a solutions-first mindset.
Develop and deliver tailored business plans to maximise account potential.
Support marketing campaigns and sales initiatives with strategic input.
Deliver regular activity and performance reports to leadership.
Work closely with customer service and sales colleagues to ensure a seamless client experience.
Person Specifications
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
Highly analytical, using data and insight to inform strategy and drive performance
Collaborative team player who builds strong cross-functional relationships
Excellent communicator with confident negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Strong organisational abilities, able to prioritise effectively and manage multiple projects
Commercially astute, with sound judgement and a results-focused mindset
Deep understanding of the veterinary market or a comparable healthcare sector (preferred)
